Get Better at Seeing the
TRUTH
Trace the CAUSE OF THINGS and Make Sense of WHAT MATTERS MOST
This seminar awakens your awareness of what is true about yourself, about others, and about the choices that shape your life. Through carefully designed Dialectic Games, under the theme “The Well of Reason,” you learn to recognise what truly matters; to cut through noise, assumptions, and appearances, and reach the heart of things. That heart is the real meaning hidden beneath what’s said, done, or quietly taken for granted. You begin to realise that truth doesn’t live on the surface but in the quiet, often unnoticed layer beneath it. In that space where reasoning begins, truth doesn’t appear all at once; it emerges slowly, through the fragments of meaning you learn to notice, connect, and make your own.
This experiential seminar is tailored to personal and professional objectives.
This seminar is about something deeply human: learning to see whether the way you understand yourself, your life, and the world is true. Not in terms of right or wrong, but in the way Aristotle meant it. In the Aristotelian sense, truth isn’t just about facts, numbers, or what seems real on the surface. Truth is about whether your understanding of those things is correct. Whether you see the real meaning beneath them in a way that allows you to live wisely, act well, and stay close to what matters.
You learn how to dive straight into the essence of things; to see what is genuine and real, and to uncover what’s hidden in others, in situations, and often in yourself. At the heart of this process is reasoning. You learn to look for the reason—for the cause—of things, so you can understand why something is the way it is, not just what it appears to be. You learn how to explore, ask the right questions, and evaluate “accepted truths” so that you can lead a wise life.
True understanding gives rise to self-confidence and trust, not the kind that comes from someone else, but the kind you build for yourself. Trust in your ability to choose what matters, and to see things as they truly are. It’s this kind of trust that lets you move through life with less doubt, fewer wrong turns, and a steadier sense of direction.

Understanding the truth of things is fundamental to developing your personal wisdom. It is like polishing a lens, bringing life’s details into sharp focus and revealing the true meaning of things with clarity. This clear vision empowers you to navigate life’s complexities confidently and appreciate the journey with a deeper sense of purpose and understanding.
The “Well of Reason“ is the guiding concept behind the Dialectic Games in this seminar. It’s more than a metaphor—it’s the architecture of the experience itself. We chose it because truth isn’t found on the surface. It lies deeper in the causes, the contradictions, and the essence of things. Like drawing water from a well, you must deepen your gaze, pass through appearances, make sense of what lies beneath them, and return with something clear. Reasoning, in this context, is not debate or analysis; it is a way of understanding. A way of discovering why something is the way it is, not just what it looks and feels like. And the well? It is the neighbourhood you explore. Its streets. Its corners. Its breath. You won’t be taught what to see—you’ll learn how to see.
This seminar takes two forms: a four-hour Symposium and a Full-Day experience, both set in the city of Athens. The Full-Day version unfolds in Koukaki, a neighbourhood where residential balconies overlook lively sidewalks, where local life and passing tourism blur at the edges. The shorter Symposium takes place within a neoclassical space in the centre, where the descent becomes more symbolic, more distilled. The setting may change, the rhythm may shift, but the task remains the same: to move through what seems, uncover what is, and carry back a truth that doesn’t fade.
You descend, layer by layer, into the Well of Reason as you move through the streets of Koukaki, questioning what you see and why you understand it the way you do. You collect impressions: a closed door, a faded shop sign, the scent of bread, a staircase that leads nowhere. They all start to suggest meaning: safety, neglect, memory, change. But then come the questions. Why is this corner always quiet? Why is that wall cracked? Why do the old and the new live side by side but never quite meet? What’s missing here? You gather fragments of understanding—patterns, tensions, symbols, contradictions. Some meanings make sense. Others don’t. You begin to let go of what doesn’t fit, and pay attention to what does, slowly forming a picture of the neighbourhood that’s more than feeling, more than impression. You don’t get there by standing still. You get there by going all the way down and coming back up with a truth that didn’t exist when you started.
This descent into the city is also a descent into your own thinking. It asks for your attention, your reasoning, and your willingness to doubt what seems familiar. To find truth, truly, you have to follow every cause, every reason, of what you believe to its end. And in that, you begin to practice something deeper: the art of living well by thinking well, of building a life on what truly makes sense because it’s true.
The seminar is conducted in English or Greek.
This seminar takes two forms: a four-hour SYMPOSIUM and a FULL-DAY EVENT, both set in the city of Athens.
Once you find the version that fits, the next step is simple: choose the date that works for you.
The seminar welcomes no more than ten participants, keeping the space warm and personal. It is not a lecture, but a shared journey, a conversation shaped by curiosity and thoughtful exchange. Here, you are invited to connect deeply, to speak openly, and to express yourself with ease. There are two ways to take part:
ON SCHEDULED DATES
These seminars take place on set dates for individuals who want to explore Truth while meeting others through the experience. The group stays small, and the atmosphere is open and personal. Come with a friend or come alone, and step into conversations that reveal how you connect, listen, and express yourself in ways that may surprise you.
Check our Calendar for upcoming dates.
If one of these dates speaks to you, get in touch to reserve your spot, and we’ll connect with you personally before confirming. Let’s start!
CHOOSE YOUR OWN PERSONAL DATES
Bring your own group and choose a time that works for you, whether it’s the Symposium or the Full-Day experience. Some journeys are best shared with people you already know.
You’ll go deeper, speak more openly, and strengthen the bonds that matter most.
If the path feels right, reach out to reserve your spot!
Symposiums take place in a beautiful neoclassical house in the heart of Athens—elegant, inspiring, and made for sharing and connection. It’s a setting that invites conversation to unfold naturally: spacious enough for ideas to flow, intimate enough for people to really listen. The exact location is shared upon reservation, keeping the experience just a little hidden until it’s time to arrive.
The Full-Day experience takes place in Koukaki, a neighbourhood that quietly reveals itself through contrast and detail, making it an ideal place to slow down, look closely, and explore what’s real beneath the surface.

Each seminar is designed for a small group, no more than 10 people, to ensure a personal and truly immersive experience. This allows us to tailor the flow, respond to the group’s rhythm, and create space for each person’s voice, pace, and presence. No two seminars are ever quite the same, because no two groups are.
Is This for You?
You don’t need any special background—just a sense that truth matters, even if it’s sometimes hard to name or hold onto. Maybe you’re sorting through conflicting ideas, questioning what’s real, or simply craving more honesty – in conversation, in relationships, or within yourself. You don’t need to have the answers – just the willingness to bring your questions.
These seminars are intended for adults 25 and older. Beyond that, it’s mindset, not age, that truly shapes the experience. We do consider life phase when forming groups, especially for those joining solo, though we can’t always guarantee a perfect match. In practice, diversity adds to the experience, and whether you come solo or with others, what emerges is connection, laughter, and depth in surprising ways.
Truth doesn’t need certainty—only a willingness to look. If that resonates with you, reserve your spot!
This seminar is not a collection of activities—it’s a fully curated experience. Even the simplest moment becomes part of the learning. The entire design uncovers Aristotelian principles on Truth through lived experience: in how activities are chosen, how they unfold, and how meaning emerges through action rather than lecturing. Nothing is accidental. The price reflects this thoughtful design, where every element is intentional and serves the process of discovery through Aristotelian thought.
The price includes everything required to carry the full experience: all three layers of games under the theme “The Well of Reason” along with the original materials designed for them—symbolic objects, envelopes, listening cards, and more. Everything is prepared for you. A dedicated Mentor leads the process, supported by a small team, who offers guidance and ensures the rhythm and flow of the day. From the tools you use to the spaces you move through, every detail is chosen to serve the experience. The price reflects this: a complete, self-contained experiential seminar where nothing is improvised or left to chance.
More specifically:
THE SYMPOSIUM
The price for the 4-hour Symposium is 50 Euros.
Everything is included. Though shorter in duration, the Symposium retains the full structure and symbolic depth of the seminar, with fewer games, but no less intention. The price includes the complete experience as curated for this format: all materials, the guidance of the Mentor, access to the space, and a closing gathering with wine and thoughtfully prepared finger food. What’s offered is concentrated, intense, and complete in itself.
FULL-DAY EVENT IN ATHENS
The price for the Full-Day Experience is 80 Euros.
The Full-Day version in Athens offers the complete experience across all three layers. It includes all materials, the full structure of the games, guidance from the Mentor, and light snacks throughout. The only additional cost is a late lunch, which we’ll share together at a nearby spot, simple, social, and self-paid.
*A Note on Accessibility
