Find Your Way to a LIFE OF BALANCE
Cultivate your INNER COMPASS and never lose DIRECTION
In this seminar, you learn how to find a balance between who you are and what’s expected of you. In Aristotelian well-being, inner balance is the peace of mind that comes from the freedom of being yourself. You learn to act in measure; to respond in the appropriate way, to the appropriate degree, and in relation to the context, the people, and the moment you’re in. Acting within measure of your character and situation, allows your actions to reflect both who you are and what’s truly needed. “The Inner Compass” is the theme for this seminar’s Dialectic Games. Playfully and thoughtfully, you discover that balance doesn’t come from never being wrong, but from always learning how to be yourself, wisely and truly.
This program can be tailored to personal and professional objectives.
In this revealing seminar, you come to see that inner balance allows you to move through life without being pulled apart by it. When you cultivate it, you stop overreacting to what doesn’t matter and start responding more clearly to what does. You become less thrown by conflict, less driven by impulse, and more able to make decisions you can live with. You waste less energy fighting yourself. You know when to speak and when to stay quiet, when to act and when to wait. You feel more at ease in your relationships, because you’re not constantly losing your centre to please or protect.
Inner balance is the peace of mind that comes from the freedom of being yourself, wisely, clearly, and with a steady sense of direction.
In Aristotelian well-being, inner balance is grounded in mesotita, the ability to find the right measure in how you act. Not too much, not too little, but enough of the right quality, at the right time, and in the right context. The point isn’t to hold back or push forward—it’s to know what fits the moment, and to act in a way that feels right for you and the situation. The more clearly you see your own patterns of thought and behaviour, the more you can choose a response that fits who you are and what you need. And the more your choices align with who you are, the more settled you feel in yourself. That’s how you cultivate your inner compass: not from getting it right all the time, but from learning through experience who you are and how to be yourself wisely.
- how you define your strengths and weaknesses
- how you evaluate them
- how you recognise the constructive elements of your strengths and weaknesses
- how you recognise the limiting elements of your strengths and weaknesses
- how you evaluate the situation
- how you behave in the situation
- how you feel about yourself in the situation
- how you behave when wishing to meet your objectives in situations
- how does the way you behave reveal your personality traits
- how you recognise your traits from the result of your actions
- how you can apply yourself “better” in meeting your needs
- how you can align the qualities of your character with the needs of the situation
- how you can realise measure
Inner balance is reflected in the way you make choices, connect with others, and care for your needs without losing yourself.
“The Inner Compass” is the guiding concept behind the Dialectic Games in this seminar. Balance is not fixed, it is something you need to find again and again, in each situation you face. A compass doesn’t give you the answer. It helps you stay oriented. In the same way, this seminar helps you learn how to read each moment, understand what it asks of you, and act in a way that feels right, not just for the world around you, but for who you are and what you need. The compass lives in you; it is your reasoning and your capacity to choose with wisdom. This is a seminar about direction, not destination. About learning how to find your own “true north” in the middle of everyday choices, emotions, and interactions.
This experience takes three distinct forms: a four-hour symposium or a full-day event in Athens, and a two-day experience in the Peloponnese. In the Full-Day version, the streets of Koukaki and Thiseio unfold like a quiet maze, layered with contrasts. It is the perfect setting for learning how to navigate, observe, and respond with measure. The Symposium unfolds inside a beautiful neoclassical house in the centre of Athens, concentrated, immediate, and quietly intense. And in Aigialeia, the experience expands across Two Days, through foothills and coastal paths where nature becomes the field in which you test your pace, your perception, your response. The tempo and setting may shift, but the task remains the same: to find your way, again and again, by the compass you carry within.
Wherever you find yourself, you begin exploring without a map, only fragments, signs, and shifting instructions. One moment, you’re asked to read a scene without speaking. The next, to act within a group with no clear leader. You listen, respond, and adjust. Whether you take the lead or hold back. Whether you walk ahead or match someone’s pace. Whether you speak to fill the silence, or listen long enough to hear what’s really there. Each moment becomes a test of measure: too much, too little, too soon, too late. A stranger’s glance, an open street, a gesture you almost made. Each one offers a chance to adjust. Gradually, patterns emerge in how you enter a space, how you take up attention, and how you respond when nothing is certain. The more you move, the more the direction becomes your own. And with this, a sense that true balance in life is the quiet act of finding yourself, again and again, by the compass you carry inside.
By the end of the day, balance becomes something you feel in the weight of a choice, the pause before an action, the feeling of doing just enough. You begin to understand that balance is not stillness or control. It’s the wisdom to meet life as it comes and respond with the right measure, shaped by who you are and what the moment calls for. A good life is not an ideal. It is personal because it is lived in balance with who you truly are.
The seminar is conducted in English or Greek.
This experience takes three distinct forms: a four-hour SYMPOSIUM or a FULL-DAY EVENT in Athens, and a TWO-DAY EXPEREINCE in the Peloponnese.
In the Full-Day version, the streets of Thiseio and Koukaki in Athens become your terrain, a shifting landscape of quiet corners, busy squares, green openings, crowds, light, and movement. The shorter Symposium unfolds inside a beautiful neoclassical house in the centre, concentrated, immediate, and quietly intense. And in Aigialeia, the experience expands across Two Days, through foothills, coastal paths, and open sky, where nature becomes the field in which you test your pace, your perception, your response.
The tempo and setting may shift, but the task remains the same: to find your way, again and again, by the compass you carry within.
The seminar welcomes no more than ten participants, keeping the space warm and personal. It is not a lecture, but a shared journey, a conversation shaped by curiosity and thoughtful exchange. Here, you are invited to connect deeply, to speak openly, and to express yourself with ease. There are two ways to take part:
ON SCHEDULED DATES
These seminars take place on set dates for individuals who want to explore a Life of Balance while meeting others through the experience. The group stays small, and the atmosphere is open and personal. Come with a friend or come alone, and step into conversations that reveal how you connect, listen, and express yourself in ways that may surprise you.
Check our Calendar for upcoming dates.
If one of these dates speaks to you, get in touch to reserve your spot, and we’ll connect with you personally before confirming. Let’s start!
CHOOSE YOUR OWN PERSONAL DATES
Bring your own group and choose a time that works for you, whether it’s the Symposium, the Full-Day, or the Two-Day experience. Some journeys are best shared with people you already know.
You’ll go deeper, speak more openly, and strengthen the bonds that matter most.
If the path feels right, reach out to reserve your spot!
Symposiums take place in a beautiful neoclassical house in the heart of Athens, elegant, inspiring, and made for sharing and connection. It’s a setting that invites conversation to unfold naturally: spacious enough for ideas to flow, intimate enough for people to really listen. The exact location is shared upon reservation, keeping the experience just a little hidden until it’s time to arrive.
The Full-Day event unfolds in the heart of Athens, Koukaki and Thiseio unfold like a quiet maze, layered with contrasts, full of sudden turns, open spaces, and unspoken rules. It’s a part of the city that doesn’t overwhelm, but invites you to pay attention. It’s the perfect setting for learning how to navigate, observe, and respond with measure.
Our Two-Day experiential seminar on Living a Life of Balance takes place in Aigialeia, a lush corner of the northern Peloponnese where mountains meet the sea. Vineyards, olive groves, and winding trails create not just a landscape, but a rhythm that slows you down, sharpens your perception, and invites measured response. Here, balance is not an idea but something you begin to sense in the way you walk, listen, choose, and move, shaped by the quiet logic of the natural world around you.
Real connection begins with honest conversation. Come take part in one that matters.

Each seminar is designed for a small group, no more than 10 people, to ensure a personal and truly immersive experience. This allows us to tailor the flow, respond to the group’s rhythm, and create space for each person’s voice, pace, and presence. No two seminars are ever quite the same, because no two groups are.
Is This for You?
This seminar is for anyone who wants to find a steadier way of living, not by stepping away from life, but by learning how to meet it with balance. It’s for people who often give too much, hold too tightly, or lose themselves in the pace of things and who want to find a different rhythm, one that feels more right for who they are. You don’t need to be in crisis or have it all figured out. You just need to be at a point where you’re ready to slow down, listen to yourself, and start choosing differently, so life begins to feel more balanced and more your own.
These seminars are intended for adults 25 and older. Beyond that, it’s mindset, not age, that truly shapes the experience. We do consider life phase when forming groups, especially for those joining solo, though we can’t always guarantee a perfect match. In practice, diversity adds to the experience, and whether you come solo or with others, what emerges is connection, laughter, and depth in surprising ways.
This seminar is not a collection of activities but a fully curated experience. Even the simplest moment becomes part of the learning. The entire design uncovers Aristotelian principles on Balance through lived experience: in how activities are chosen, how they unfold, and how meaning emerges through action rather than lecturing. Nothing is accidental. The price reflects this thoughtful design, where every element is intentional and serves the process of discovery through Aristotelian thought.
The price includes everything required to carry the full experience: all three layers of games under the theme “The Inner Compass,” along with the original materials designed for them—symbolic objects, envelopes, listening cards, and more. Everything is prepared for you. A dedicated Mentor leads the process, supported by a small team, who offers guidance and ensures the rhythm and flow of the day. From the tools you use to the spaces you move through, every detail is chosen to serve the experience. The price reflects this: a complete, self-contained experiential seminar where nothing is improvised or left to chance.
More specifically:
THE SYMPOSIUM
The price for the 4-hour Symposium is 50 Euros.
Everything is included. Though shorter in duration, the Symposium retains the full structure and symbolic depth of the seminar, with fewer games, but no less intention. The price includes the complete experience as curated for this format: all materials, the guidance of the Mentor, access to the space, and a closing gathering with wine and thoughtfully prepared finger food. What’s offered is concentrated, intense, and complete in itself.
FULL-DAY EVENT IN ATHENS
The price for the Full-Day Experience is 80 Euros.
The Full-Day version in Athens offers the complete experience across all three layers. It includes all materials, the full structure of the games, guidance from the Mentor, and light snacks throughout. The only additional cost is a late lunch, which we’ll share together at a nearby spot, simple, social, and self-paid.
TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE IN AIGIALEIA
The price for the Two-Day Experience is 175 Euros.
The Two-Day experience in Aigialeia offers a longer, more expansive unfolding of the experience. Price includes the full seminar structure across all three layers, materials, and guidance from the Mentor. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and one-night accommodation. Main meals are shared as a group, with costs split among participants. This allows for flexibility as each person can choose what suits their preferences and budget, while the shared experience remains the same.
