Master the Art of COMMUNICATION
Uncover What MESSAGES HIDE and How to Make MEANING COME TO LIFE.
This seminar invites you to explore the mystery of communication, uncovering how meaning is created, interpreted, and felt so that a deeper way of seeing and being with others can unfold. Communication is never just about words. We speak in signals, through tone, expression, gesture, and silence. Meaning hides in what’s said and what’s left unsaid, in symbols we don’t realise we’re sending, and assumptions we don’t know we’re making. This seminar is a space to uncover those layers. “The Hidden Message” is the theme for this seminar’s Dialectic Games. Playfully and thoughtfully, you begin to see how easily meaning shifts and how understanding begins when you stop assuming and start truly noticing.
This experiential seminar is tailored to personal and professional objectives.
This experiential seminar helps you unravel how communication actually works so you can craft meaningful messages and connect in ways that matter, where you’re truly understood and less gets lost between the lines. You’ll explore the true nature of meaning, not as something fixed or obvious, but as something dynamic and often hidden. Meaning doesn’t simply reside in what’s said, but in what’s trying to be said. And it’s through the attentive, reasoning mind that these subtle layers come into view.
This seminar invites you into the game beneath the surface, the hidden layer where symbols don’t just say things, they suggest, hide, and reveal. Once you start to see how meaning moves, how it slips between words, glints behind a gesture, or lingers in a pause, you begin to play differently. You choose your words, tone, and expression not to perform, but to carry what you truly mean.
A meaningful life begins with meaningful connection, not the surface kind, but one that starts with you. When you create meaning for yourself, you become the agent of your life. You speak from what’s true, not just what’s familiar, guided by what matters, shaped by reason, and lived with purpose. That’s when communication becomes more than skill; it becomes a way of being clear, connected…fully alive.
Meaningful communication is the ground of Aristotelian well-being and living well.
Throughout the seminar, you are accompanied by a Sophia’s Best Mentor, who facilitates your endeavour into your way of thinking and your use of words to communicate. Our aim is to help you gain insight into:
- how words, tonality and gestures act as symbols in conveying meaning
- how to explore the meaning behind conversations shared
- how symbols work in constructing specific messages
- how to listen, peering into how you interpret meaning and understand others’ expressions of thought
- how to reason in understanding perspectives different from yours
- how to express your thoughts and define your opinions, feelings, ideas
- how to reason to develop an argument to convey your ideas
- how to build a common language of exchange
- how to bridge different ways of thinking and understanding
“The Hidden Message” is the guiding concept behind the Dialectic Games in this seminar. It’s not just a theme—it’s the architecture of the experience itself. It reflects how communication truly works, which is rarely what it seems. Beneath every sentence is something unsaid. Beneath every gesture, a thread of meaning. Meaning is not fixed or obvious, but fluid, shifting, often concealed, waiting to be noticed, interpreted, and finally shaped. You won’t be handed answers. You’ll be handed fragments of a hidden message. And it’s through your own perception, reason, and interaction with others that the message begins to reveal itself.
You can experience this seminar in three distinct ways: a four-hour Symposium or a Full-Day event in Athens, and a Two-Day experience in the Aigialeia, Peloponnese. In the Full-Day version, you move through narrow city streets and crowded squares, pausing, listening, gathering fragments that flicker into meaning only when held up to each other. The shorter Symposium unfolds inside a beautiful neoclassical house in the centre, where the search is layered with symbolic play, ritual, and close encounters. And in Aigialeia, the search stretches across two days, blending mountain and sea, stillness and conversation. The tempo and setting may shift, but the task remains the same: to follow the hidden message, gather the pieces, and glimpse what only takes shape when you learn to put them together.
Wherever you are, you follow a message you can’t hear or read yet. It hides in tone, in silence, in the way someone turns away just before they speak. You explore city paths, hillside trails, and courtyards, following symbols that don’t explain themselves, sealed envelopes that someone slips into your hand, or an image that seems familiar for no reason. A gesture will feel like a question, and an object seems a definite clue. A sentence is repeated until it begins to mean something else. Nothing is given clearly, but everything offers something if you’re paying attention. You speak through masks, echo someone else’s words, and assemble meaning from scattered pieces. And all the while, the message waits. It doesn’t arrive in order. It reveals itself slowly, if at all, through what you notice, how you respond, and what you choose to bring together. That’s how it works: meaning isn’t something you’re told. It’s something you build, piece by piece until it begins to feel like your own.
In shaping meaning with care, you come closer to what Aristotle called a life well lived, not through certainty, but through the quiet understanding that reason brings, and the connections it makes possible. A life where what is said, meant, and understood begins, at last, to align.
The seminar is conducted in English or Greek.
You can experience this seminar in three distinct ways: a short, focused SYMPOSIUM, a FULL-DAY EVENT in Athens and a rich, immersive TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE in Aigialeia, Peloponnese.
Once you find the version that fits, the next step is simple: choose the date that works for you.
The seminar welcomes no more than ten participants, keeping the space warm and personal. It is not a lecture, but a shared journey, a conversation shaped by curiosity and thoughtful exchange. Here, you are invited to connect deeply, to speak openly, and to express yourself with ease. There are two ways to take part:

Symposiums take place in a beautiful neoclassical house in the heart of Athens—elegant, inspiring, and made for sharing and connection. It’s a setting that invites conversation to unfold naturally: spacious enough for ideas to flow, intimate enough for people to really listen. The exact location is shared upon reservation, keeping the experience just a little hidden until it’s time to arrive.
The Full-Day experience unfolds in the heart of Athens, where the old and the new speak in quiet dialogue — the perfect backdrop for exploring The Hidden Message in our communication.
Our Two-Day experiential seminar on communication takes place in Aigialeia, a lush corner of the northern Peloponnese where mountains meet the sea. Vineyards, olive groves, and winding trails create a landscape that invites presence, reflection, and quiet discovery. It’s a place where nature speaks softly, and everything around you becomes part of the experience.
Real connection begins with honest conversation—come take part in one that matters.

Each seminar is designed for a small group, no more than 10 people, to ensure a personal and truly immersive experience. This allows us to tailor the flow, respond to the group’s rhythm, and create space for each person’s voice, pace, and presence. No two seminars are ever quite the same, because no two groups are.
Is This for You?
You don’t need any special background—just a genuine interest in communication and a willingness to engage. Whether you’re curious, thoughtful, playful, or quietly reflective, the seminar meets you where you are. It’s ideal for those who value meaningful connection and sense that how we communicate shapes how we live.
These seminars are intended for adults 25 and older. Beyond that, it’s mindset, not age, that truly shapes the experience. We do consider life phase when forming groups, especially for those joining solo, though we can’t always guarantee a perfect match. In practice, diversity adds to the experience, and whether you come solo or with others, what emerges is connection, laughter, and depth in surprising ways.
This seminar is not a collection of activities but a fully curated experience. Even the simplest moment becomes part of the learning. The entire design uncovers Aristotelian principles on Communication through lived experience: in how activities are chosen, how they unfold, and how meaning emerges through action rather than lecturing. Nothing is accidental. The price reflects this thoughtful design, where every element is intentional and serves the process of discovery through Aristotelian thought.
The price includes everything required to carry the full experience: all three layers of games under the theme “The Hidden Message,” along with the original materials designed for them: symbolic objects, envelopes, listening cards, and more. Everything is prepared for you. A dedicated Mentor leads the process, supported by a small team, who offers guidance and ensures the rhythm and flow of the day. From the tools you use to the spaces you move through, every detail is chosen to serve the experience. The price reflects this: a complete, self-contained experiential seminar where nothing is improvised or left to chance.
More specifically:
THE SYMPOSIUM
The price for the 4-hour Symposium in Athens is 50 Euros.
Everything is included. Though shorter in duration, the Symposium retains the full structure and symbolic depth of the seminar, with fewer games, but no less intention. The price includes the complete experience as curated for this format: all materials, the guidance of the Mentor, access to the space, and a closing gathering with wine and thoughtfully prepared finger food. What’s offered is concentrated, intense, and complete in itself.
FULL DAY EVENT IN ATHENS
The price for the Full-Day Event is 80 Euros.
The Full-Day version in Athens offers the complete experience across all three layers. It includes all materials, the full structure of the games, guidance from the Mentor, and light snacks throughout. The only additional cost is a late lunch, which we’ll share together at a nearby spot, simple, social, and self-paid.
TWO-DAY EXPERIENTIAL SEMINAR
The price for the Two-Day Event is 175 Euros.
The Two-Day experience in Aigialeia offers a longer, more expansive unfolding of the experience. Price includes the full seminar structure across all three layers, materials, and guidance from the Mentor. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and one-night accommodation. Main meals are shared as a group, with costs split among participants. This allows for flexibility as each person can choose what suits their preferences and budget, while the shared experience remains the same.
